Any way to broadcast mouse movement to the other pc or window?

I have pc and a laptop and I'm looking for a way to duplicate/broadcast my mouse movement and keyboard clicks to a laptop from pc or to the other window or my pc either way is fine as long as I can have two different cursord moving and working the same way.

I tried hotkeynet but couldn't find any script and I'm not even sure if it's possible, also I have seen some software duplicating cursor but it seemed to work only with WoW and I'm going to use it for other game. I've been searching for like 4 hours and found nothing.

also I am on windows 10

Do you guys know any software or some other way to achieve this?

Hotkeynet can duplicate keys and clicks to multiple systems but not mouse movement. Not sure how well ISBoxer mouse broadcasting between PCs works as I've never used it.
