they way hit works you wont have alot of benefit wearing the entire bloodvine set in dungeons because most of the mobs you fight are <lvl 60. So aisde from the flat 1% resist chance you need 3% extra spellhit vs lvl 60, 2% vs 59, 1% vs 58 to be capped. I mean its still alot of spellpower on that gear just saying for its price its a bit overkill for dungeons and you dont benefit from any hit if mobs are 57 or lower (i.e. skeletons in strat).
