Non-plate items are okay as long as your shaman can heal all the damage. 1 or 2 leather items are fine.

    Items:
If you got the portal-rod for Maraudon, do some Mara Princess runs to get the "Blackstone Ring" on all 4 warriors. Despite being a level 50ish item, it will keep you company for quite some time.

Next I suggest running BRD: Angerforge > The Seven > Imperator
All 3 drop high value loot for 55+ warriors to get you started, especially for horde - assuming you use Orcs.
Some fancy pieces for your shaman too.

Doing the quests for LBRS will yield some nice +hit and +crit items too and is managable for 56s.
The T0 pieces are okay at the beginning, however the time you are able to being able to farm those you will most likely have better equipment already.

Do some DM-east runs for the Satyr bow to get that +1% hit, alongside some strat runs when 58+ on 'The Unforgiven' and 'Timmy' (both undead side) for more hit and crit.

While spending time in DM-east, lookout for people selling items from the DM-north tribute run.
If someone is selling the "tarnished elven ring" or the 2h sword. Just like the ring from Maraudon it will keep you company until you get rings like the BRD princess quest or Drakkisath in UBRS.

Once 60, get some more hit and dps gear: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...dJWk/htmlview#
Try to get into Zul Gurub groups to push individual warriors. Its okay to focus equipment on a single warrior first, so you have a single dude thats carrying the weaker ones.

This is how "interact with target" works in WoW.
if you spam it, melee characters will go crazy; this is a kinda expected behaviour.

Simply use it once. If the target moved, use it again. But don't spam it.

See this video from MiRai for some general tips on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzOqfXUpXIw

I'd do arena-angerforge runs until 60 because you will never replace the glad chest and hoj until you get to do naxx, then at 60 go for lava runs to emp (have ravagers for tourch room) and get 4x dreadfroge retaliator. If you have longterm plans for that team and dont bother raiding 5 times a week I'd suggest to get a raidspot on the rshaman for bwl+ (ideally 3t2 and later combine it with 5 t2,5 for overpowered chainheals) and for the warriors do softreserve MC pugs with a res on bonereavers edge. Once you have some MC weapons or unstoppable force you can farm dungeons very fast, spend a ton of gold on 4 lionheart helmets, buy free action potions and then be unstoppable in world pvp too . The good thing about arms warriors is they are quite endgame competitive with BRE and non raid gear. Windfury proccs delete cloth in naxx gear just as much as they do in t0.

    Not in a melee group.
You are better of with Arcanite Reaper (slow 2h axe with high attack power and decent stamina) - or to invest into Lionheart helm (2% hit and 2% crit).

Nightfall is superior to Arcanite Reaper in every way other than stamina, and it is cheaper to craft.

The Unstoppable Force > Nightfall > Arcanite Reaper > Dreadforge Retaliator / Slavedriver's Cane

Destiny is a good stopgap til you start filling out pre raid BIS.
