Is it worth to have more than 1x of a profession?

I'm buying satin and farming tidespray linen to make deep sea bag to sell on AH, earns little but steadily..
For my own char, i make hexweave bags for them to us.. and when everyone has it, i'm gonna sell the xtras..
since hexweave is bind on pickup, only the tailor can make it.. so is it worth to have more than 1 tailor producing hexweave bag for this purpose?
