While possible to play 10 on the Ryzen 5 3600, this will be on the lowest possible settings and a hotswap macro with all on lowest and renderscale set to 75% on the slaves. 1080p + direct-X 11 legacy. Slaves on max 25 fps, main to 60. But these fps will drop a lot. It will be okei'ish playable in old school raids and when there are few people around. Some big zones will be crappy regardsless though.
Id suggest, if you can afford it, to atleast assign 2 cores (and its 2 hyperthreaded partners) to each game, for some smooth gameplay. 4 cores and 4 threads are pretty much optimum though, but this will be too expensive for most..
If i were you, and you are on a budget.. get the amd 3900x.... or if you have the extra cash, the amd 3950x.
Id suggest getting f.ex a nvidia 2070 or something similar or better, with atleast 8 gb of vram, for 10 mans. With some addons and very hectic activity (or if you turn up some settings a fair bit on the main), you can reach close to 6 gb vram in use, worse case, and a bit more if you want to also watch netflix. But you could just use the one you have, at first, then decide for yourself if you need to upgrade to 8 gb vram or not. Ideally though, if you happen to find a used or new "amd radeon vii, which has 16 gb vram", this one will cost around the same as a new nvidia 2070ish and will be "best is slot") in my opinion, costwise, and more "future proof".
Another option is to use the pc you have now, and use that to only play your main game with pro settings / with stellar performance, then get another pc, just for the slaves. Just a thought.
If you decide to go this route, id suggest gettings f.ex two "2 vertical monitor stands", and use the main game on 1 monitor, then netflix etc on the monitor above it. Then, for the slave pc, the "main slave game" on the bottom monitor and the other 8 on the top slave monitor. Reason being that you can then quickly grab the keyboard and mice on the slave pc and play from any slave character at will on the big screen at the bottom, on the slave pc monitor.
Ofcourse, if you f.ex want to try use a amd 3900x or a 3950x only, you could consider using 3 monitors horisontally on that pc, so you can f.ex have neflix etc on a sidemonitor, then game 2-10 on the other side monitor, while the main game is on its own monitor ofc).
