I’ve been trying to max out my mic. Not sure why I’m so quiet in it. Hopefully it’s louder in my next recording.

Not sure what you're using to record, make sure windows is set to max volume, maybe do some dB boost too. If you use OBS you can record your PC audio and microphone on different channels, and adjust the volume separately when editing.
