Recommended strategy for Baron with only Hunters

    Setup
    Lead Hunter (31/20/0) https://classicdb.ch/?talent#cV0G0ggotVE0V
    Gear - https://classic.wowhead.com/gear-pla...NjoQSFiSSqMwrA
    Follow Hunters (31/20/0) https://classicdb.ch/?talent#cV0G0ggotEV0V
    Pet Build - https://classic.wowhead.com/hunter-p...BxBbCl-oBGXqAw

    Pre-fight buffs on Pets
    Scroll of Protection IV
    Scroll of Stamina IV
    Crystal Spire

    Strategy
Baron needs to go down before Wave 3 of Mindless Skeletons get consumed (Death Pact).
You don't want to pull threat before the pets have used Thunderstomp. Slow DPS at the start.

    Encounter
Before Wave 1 - establish pet threat
    Hunter's Mark
    Pet Auto Attacks
Bestial Wrath / Intimidation (with optional Crystal Yield on Baron)
    Serpent Sting
only Auto Shoot until Wave 1 starts

    Wave 1
    Thunderstomp - Mindless Skeletons
    Rapid Fire
    Multi-Shot / Devilsaur Eye
    Serpent Sting
    Aimed Shot
only Auto Shoot until Wave 2 starts

    Wave 2
    Serpent Sting
    Multi-Shot
Stratholme Holy Water - Mindless Skeletons
    Auto Shoot
    .....
Then hope for the best, if you are lucky you'll still have pet threat, if not run for your life.
Keep Serpent Sting up if you can.
Multi-Shot or Aimed Shot to finish the job.

    Wave 3
If you can't take Baron down by the time he has consumed the Skeletons in Wave 3 you're going to go down soon.
If you have Goblin Sapper Charges you could use that as a last ditch effort.

Dude, I don’t mean to be harsh here... but I’m running a similar setup to you and this is a non event... the gauntlet before baron is way harder than baron himself... I run 4 hunters and 1 shammy for this... two cats, two birds with screech...
simple as... pets on passive run into room go left and stack with your back to the wall.
drop explosive traps and send your pets... beastial wraith, intimidation, aimed shot. Sting...
heal which ever pet is taking damage...
when the first wave of skeletons come just heal with the healer and stand on the 4 stacked explosive traps.
multishot if you don’t rip enough agro.
Second bunch of skeletons get a magma totem and a stone claw totem and I get the 4 hunters to volley where they are standing. Another aimed shot in baron and normally he’s about dead... normally above half mana on all chars at the end, and maybe one pet dies during an aoe phase.

I don't mean to be harsh, but Petrolsk did say "only hunters"

There was a fifth member in party in the video... so... but I do see your point... even with no healer it’s still a moot point. Get one hunter to volley on barren for wave one... will pull agro to the explosive traps... then 3 hunters volleys are more than enough to kill wave 2. And if he’s not worried about dumping agro on a healer he can just go Ham out the gate and then feign death to dump threat and go again. And I know there is a chance it will resist... but it makes it easier and in the time the barren is running from the keys to your group is more valuable seconds you have 4 pets eating him.

The 5th character is a twink Petrolsk is working on and isn't contributing to the fight (just getting the drops).

    Having realised that i apologize
To emulate what you did I set out to do the same...
this worked for me (except for the occasional feign death resist..).
    pets, 2 cats, two birds...
split in two groups. 1 bird / 1 cat per group... set them up as two twos about 5 yards apart.
dismiss team B’s pets. Everyone drops explosive traps and waits a for cooldowns.
Team A sends pets... and everyone starts dps.
when 1st wake of skeletons spawn hunter from Group B casts volley on the pets grabbing all the skeletons onto their explosive traps... the two of them then FD and re drop explosive traps. Summon pets and send them, beastial wraith on them with intimidation.
When 2nd wave spawns, hunter from group A volley’s onto their traps. Dismiss team A’s pets and feign death to drop team A’s explosive traps... resummon, Heal and send pets...
    just rinse and repeat that.
takes a while to get the timing but once you got it just tick tock between group A and B.
