Does stamina or spell damage scale into elemental totems?

The title pretty much says it. I couldn't find any theorycraft on elemental totems on the web.
Does anyone know more?

i do not believe so, i think the only thing that would buff them would be a newer rank.

Fire elemental totem and earth elemental totem base their stats off your stats. Stam and intel I think, but it's hard to get it pinned down.

If I strip down to greens and drop my earth elemental, it gets 2 shot by any lvl 70 elite in an instance. I put my purple back on, it can tank the same elite for it's duration.
