Wanna add some diversity in MMMMP

Are people on the horde side also playing MMMMP? Would a resto shaman not be a better option since it has ankh, mana tide and threat reduction totem for raids?

I don't play MMMMx, but I play on horde side and have a shaman.

I think a priest have better spells to support the mages.
Shield, holy nova, renew, prayer of healing

if you specc you can have
divine spirit and power infusion

mana spring and mana tide totem are ok, but would not be enough to pass on the instant shield.
ankh is a nice to have option.

if you want to farm something specific maybe cure poison (or poison totem) and / or grounding totem are better then dispell from the priest.

Agree with all of the above plus don't forget the spirit and especially the stamina buffs as well as Mages are very squishy.

Personally that is why I like Warlocks over mages just so my whole team is pretty tanky and I don't need twitch responses to iceblock &/or shield to save a character. Ideally Warlocks with soul-link damage reduction, improved stamina talents, improved Fortification, improved blood-pact, & possibly Kings.
