No other group combination with a healer have this aoe damage potential then 4 mages . Everything you play will be less effecitv. Only warlocks would be an option, but you can only aoe stationary.

if you want to play with a warrior, for elites I would focus on singel target damage most of the time.

it really depends what you want to do.
