Depends on the trinket, but i generally go with dps trinkets and insert them into my big cooldown macros along with dps racials ect. When ZG trinkets come out, oh yeah that's gonna be scary for classic pvp.Originally Posted by Acidburning
For pvp trinkets i'd use Clique addon and use a video fx window so that when one character specifically needs to trinket i can just mouseover their bar and press my trinket hotkey.

I personally, use a combination of macros and addons: item rack is a good one.
