Default Share your method on how you take off!

I recently unlocked flying in bfa and I am struggling with getting the followers to take off the ground. Is there an easy method to get from ground to flying? I usually have leader get in air and at a 45 degree angle and move and only 1 or 2 take off and the remaining are still grounded. It takes a lot of time to get them all in the air. I use HKN, open to suggestions.

    1. Press Jump/Fly Up button (spacebar for me)
    2. Tap forward key to re-follow slaves (my Move Forward key sends /follow {FTL} to my slaves on release)
    3. Move forward to fly where you want.

Same as this, except im usually /follow strobing when i mount up.

    Jump > all group
    bye bye birdy

Some mounts act differently, like the Headless Horseman mount, and do not stick to the ground like a magnet. It will lift off on their own when following their masters lift off.

Most convenient way for me was to setup shift+spacebar as jump for slaves and keep spacebar for main. You mount up, fly up with main and then (shift+Spacebar) with slaves and then you just let them follow you. The trick is just to kick them inch off the ground, after that they follow just fine. In this regard you can often utilize different terrain edges etc. Sometimes it's easier to "fall off the cliff" than push those keys.

I just added a jump to my follow macro so when I'm done herbing, I just hit my follow macro again and they take off.
