If you have enough DPS burst down the warrior immediately (I've seen it done on some pvp geared shammy teams) and this should help a lot. If you don't have enough burst to one shot him perhaps you should spread out the tremor totems to ensure that they pulse on your guys before they get out of range (then FF the war down).
