Suddenly unplayable FPS / Launch issues

As of two days ago, I've gotten unplayable FPS drops in my background clients, causing them to constantly break follow and delaying all actions greatly. As soon as you switch a client to the foreground, the FPS for that toon goes back to normal.

In addition, when launching an ISBoxer character set through Inner Space, it is launching an incorrect number of character sets most of the time. Most commonly it only launches Slots 1-3. Sometimes it will launch only 1 period, and sometimes 1-4. The Console doesn't give much help here, but I'll paste it below.

I've tried researching this to no avail. I've attempted to tweak the FPS settings, the power options on my laptop, etc. I've also completely uninstalled everything, (Classic WoW, ISBoxer, Inner Space) including all add-ons, with no results. My laptop's hardware is working great and is above spec.

Does anybody have any advice for me? Thank you for your time.

1. are you playing on a laptop (ed: I see that is a yes)? If so you might need to set the 3D settings in the NVidia control panel to force the GPU.
