I wouldnt be surprised if they removed combat /follow soon there as well. Sadly boxing is just a pve thing now.
The follow function was restored to Arena 14 days after it was removed, and, as far as I know, it still functions, in Arena, to this day. The only thing that recently crippled multiboxers in Arena, was the change to follow breaking in all PvP combat.
