    Default new to multi-boxing

    Hi, I am new to multi-boxing. I have had multiple accounts for years, but one has been disabled for a while. I have decided to use it for the RAF rewards, and would like to get into multi-boxing. Specifically, in the end to work on Gold farming.

    I have decided to start with ISBoxer as i think, once up and running, and all things understood, i will truly enjoy this.

    I spent a good portion of my day yesterday tinkering with setups/etc trying to figure out what exactly i needed to do using the guide listed in the Newb post stickies. (Great guides btw!)

    I have already struggled through the initial issue i had where i had F11 keybinds that were hindering the default Auto-Follow etc. Got that working. yay! I also figured out how to make sure my slave has the proper camera settings so that i am always looking the correct direction.

    My next issue is more of a convenience issue. I am only working with my main and secondary account right now to get a full understanding of how this works before moving into more accounts. One thing I have quickly noticed as I am leveling characters is that, while the usefulness of broadcasting is amazing... i find that it can be quite teadious to turn it on and off so that you can say, click on a quest giver, etc. Maybe i have not moved far enough into this process and it just feels clunky, but it seems like it becomes a burden if you forget to turn off broadcasting, start moving, realize you are going in opposite directions, etc... this is a thing for more than just quest turn ins and general NPC interaction, but with looting etc.

    So my convenience issue/question, based on what I just said... Have i missed something important? Or is this just one of those, this is how it is. consider yourself lucky you don't have to switch toon screens 25 times to loot! :P

    1. The keyword is >INTERACT with target< set that one up in Isboxer and in wow
    WoW = Key Bindings -> targeting
    ISB = Key Maps -> ISB42 - Base Hotkeys

    2, have addons to help autocompliet quest - (EMA is a big help)

    You can just broadcast mouseclicks instead of turning on the master broadcast-everything key. For example, I have mine set up that when I press and hold TAB, it turns on mouse broadcast only, then when I release TAB it turns it back off. With it not being a toggle, I don't forget and leave it on. I still have a master broadcast key but I only use that to chat or login, or if I'm doing a quest where they are all driving a vehicle cannon or something.

    This works for me! It took a little bit to get it right, and it certainly took a little getting used to. But i followed the tutorial video from a couple years ago with ISBoxer. Found how it all works. Seems pretty awesome! I did the setup with the camera reset/mouse sync/etc.

    Thanks!

    Where do you set this up at?

    Create two new mapped keys in your Always On keymap: Mouse ON and Mouse OFF.

    Mouse ON:
    * Hotkey = Tab (or whatever key you like)
    * Hold any Keystroke Actions while Hotkey is held = Default (Off)
    * Execute a step when the hotkey is = Pressed
    * Step 1 = New Repeater State Action -> all other, check Mouse Repeat = Off
    * Step 2 = New Repeater State Action -> self, check Mouse Repeat = On
    * Step 3 = You can add a sound and popup text to signal that it is working. I added a green popup text "Mouse Broadcasting ON" that displays for 1 second, and plays a sound "Windows Battery Low.wav"

    Mouse OFF:
    * Hotkey = Tab
    * Hold any Keystroke Actions while Hotkey is held = Default (Off)
    * Execute a step when the hotkey is = Released
    * Step 1 = New Repeater State Action -> all, check Mouse Repeat = Off
    * Step 2 = You can add a sound and popup text to signal that it is working. I added a red popup text "Mouse Broadcasting OFF" that displays for 1 second, and plays a sound "Windows Balloon.wav"

    Hello Could you tell me what should be typed in for the actions of each step, if I want to pick herbs and mine ore? I have no idea how to do any of this.
