You can use f.ex hardware monitor 64 to track temps of cpu, vrm and gpu, and also the current usage of everything.

Are all the fans working..... powersupply ok? Check any case filters and gpu / cpu cooler, clean away if there lots of dust.

Is this slowdown only happening when you play wow?
    Tried any other AAA games?

Is there a sluggish feeling when opening programs and moving the cursor within windows, with no games /isboxer running?

Is the OS and drivers (incl gpu) up to date?
What kind of harddrive do you use? Is it little free space on it?
Tried playing from a SSD which has lots of free space?

Maybe you did some changes to the isboxer profile? Tried a earlier profile?

Are all games at ingame settings 1? Using dx11 classic?
Verify by launching 1 game at a time, then save and close game. Relaunch to doublecheck all settings are on nr 1 and at dx11 classic. If games are at dx12... change that first to dx11.."classic" and restart that game. ..many times until settings are on lowest, nr 1. The settings can change after a wow update... (goes back to 10)

Did you alter the bios? Overclock gone bad? Reset bios to default and try see if that helps?

Zero addons? Enable the isboxer addon on each game.

What kind of internetconnection do you use? Tried powering off the router for 5 min and restarted it? If it glowing hot and hidden in a cabinet, starved for airflow? Tested internet speed? Is it what it should be?

If you use a corsair powersupply and it has the corsair link software: enter it and enable single rail mode (disable multi rail mode).

You didnt give much to work with here, could be so many more things
