Holy Nova works well with with mental agility talent in the discipline tree.

RFK was a pain at later half of the dungeon due to caster mobs. But doable with some LOS pulls.

RFD is a good alternative to SM if you are bored.
I found the sightlines too much to deal with. I kind of just Leeroy'd it and it worked out mostly. Everything was single target at this point so it was fine. I did lose my healer a lot early on, but it kind of made me get better at managing the team.

Interesting thought. From what I remember or at least maybe what I thought is that most of the silencing mobs were together on the bridges. Now that you mention that, I may be mistaken. Something to keep in mind in the future perhaps.

I only did the lower boar run. So many packs you can just pull on repeat, run out and reset. It's almost a circle and it was efficient. The run to the instance on the other hand was a bit of a pain.

I haven't gotten bored yet. As horde, running back and forth between Brill and SM is entirely too easy. I'm looking forward to doing ZF and will probably go in there at level. ZF was one of my favorite instances in vanilla. The stair event may be difficult. I will likely wait until 46 or 47 and just cheese it with AoE by killing them as they spawn. I don't know how I will manage the encounter otherwise.
