The AP/Pyro spec would definitely be superior for bursting down bosses though. I may respec at 60 when I start farming end game dungeons and the bosses are hard enough to require that level of burst.

I'd go 2 into arcane first, then frost until shatter. Then fire until improved flamestrike and fill out the rest of frost.
