Hello and welcome.
I don't think there really is a "best" way of doing things. There's many ways you could choose to set everything up so it comes down to preference quite often.

Since you are running a mixed team you should most likely be looking at using the ISBoxer pro-config or GSE macros to create your rotations. Both work fine and yield fairly similar results. Personally I prefer the pro-config since it keeps everything inside ISBoxer where they are easy to work on along with the general setup. As far pre-written stuff, that would be where GSE would come in handy since people share their creations for that addon around the web, including on the lazy macros website.

Regarding healing, maybe I can use Click (Cliq)? but then how would I click my main window to tell the priest to do those heals?
Well, you'd either need to modify your priest's rotation so that it is more mana efficient by adding pauses, avoiding inefficient healing spells, etcetc, or by separating the healing from your DPS rotations so it won't get spammed if it is not needed. Having to remember to heal is of course then something you need to deal with, but I would imagine it becomes second nature fairly soon.
As far as Clique healing, plenty of people (including myself) do it by simply having a repeater region over their raid/party frame and having it pass clicks to their healer(s). Here's a quick video showing someone setting it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUdAgbQmegE (he mistakenly says the default keybind to enable the ingame GUI is Alt+Shift+Ctrl+F, but off the top of my head I believe it is Alt+Shift+Ctrl+G)
Note: This is not the only way of handling healing. Mirai had a whole video series on it showing multiple ways one might choose.

Again there are multiple ways you could choose to do this. Personally I would probably go for a multi-step mapped key in ISBoxer, or perhaps macros with a bunch of castsequences that cast the buffs at specific targets and then drop down to another line in order to buff another character. So something like:
Code:
/Castsequence [target=Character1] reset=5 Mark of The Wild, null
/Castsequence [target=Character2] reset=5 Mark of The Wild, null
/Castsequence [target=Character3] reset=5 Mark of The Wild, null
As "null" is not a real spell, the macro line will fail at that part and drop down to the next line. Atleast this is how it worked on retail, not sure if Classic has any differences in how macros work since I've not played it.
Again, just an idea. There are plenty of ways to do it.
