When you reach Draenor and make your garrison you can trade the Draenor cache resource for extra 20% xp gain that works in Draenor so you can steam roll through Draenor Expansion.

I'd recommend actually leveling in that zone, beacuse on launch, you will be able to choose your expansion. Meaning you will be able to level 1-50 ultra fast if they dont' remove that pot

you can only pick your expansion ( at lvl10 ) after you have one character to 60..if not...new players will do 10-50 in BFA ( no choice )
