So far I have mostly been grinding in the open world and picking up kill quests when I see them. Raven hill in duskwood was awesome for aoe grinding with arcane explosion. I'm having trouble finding anything similar though. I have tried various spots but not getting nearly the xp per hour do to move being more spread out. Any suggestions on what would be the most efficient leveling place/method?
