It will be harder leveling teams on PVP servers after 11/12.

Not really IMO. If I recall right, killing Grey players is considered 'Dishonorable' and discouraged heavily. If you're just getting started, I'm pretty sure lvl60 players of the enemy faction will want to avoid you at all cost. Getting 5 DKs hurts. Besides, most of us are leveling up by farming instances and thus not very much exposed to world pvp.

No, you won't get dishonor kills for killing lowbies, you just won't get any honor. Dishonor kill only happens when you (or someone in your group) kill NPC citizens.

I think getting into places like Blackrock mountain will be much harder after 11/12.

It will be close to impossible to get into Blackrock Mountain... Especially close to raid times. During the normal hours they will probably be in hillsbrad.

Farm light feathers, and start entering BRM from the Burning Steppes and not Thorium Point. Then use levitate or slowfall or whatever to try and to glide closer to the ramp up out of the lava. I actually forget if the mechanics for levitate/slowfall are similar to retail

This is my plan though for when I need to get into BRM.

The opposite is possible too, BRM might be abandoned by most, because Hillsbrad will likely be the impromptu Alterac Valley pre-battle grounds, and far more efficient to farm kills. But who knows!

Cant cast on other players so would have to be 4m1s teams etc.

60's will get HK's for killing lvl 48+. The thing about that is we can kill 60's at 48, so you really only have to worry about dedicated pvp squads roaming for free HK's.
