I always wanted a paly..so the paly will be the tank for group 2 and a second priest will be fear ward and more aoe healing/dps. 2 priests might not be ideal though. when they are all 60..ill make one of the tanks dps/off tank.

I just want this second team to be capable of clearing all the end game 5 mans the traditional way. and even though a second priest might not be the best choice for a 10 man comp.. i like the fear ward and for this second team as a 5 man.. i just like the aoe heals and holy nova. ..also.. i been wanting to try the pulling with eye of zomm method of aoe grinding!
Yeah his videos are amazing and 7-8 Mages feeding an ignite stack are pretty compelling.

Actually Warlocks can put out very strong AoE as well and if built right with GBoS their Threat may not be that bad...

Personally I have been bouncing back and forth in my head on the following groups for PVE:

PaladinTank+8Warlocks+Priest (& 8 pets)
PaldadinTank+8Mages+Priest
PaladinTank+8Mages+PaladinHealer;
PaladinTank+7Mages+ShadowPriest(off healer)+Paladin Healer;

The thing is that I really want to be able to test AoE Threat of Greater Blessing of Kings (BGoK) from a Paladin tank on as many targets as possible while being able to keep Greater Blessing of Salvation (BGoS) on the DPS. With only 1 Paladin in the party that pushes me to Warlocks as the single Paladin Tank can put/keep GBoS on the Warlocks and still spam GBoK on the 8 pets (assuming any phased Imps get the GB when any other pet get the blessing). If I go Mages then I really need 2 Paladins and am a little worried about those party compositions... Personally I prefer to try to just power though fights with tanky party than finess and I don't like having to respond quickly if my DPS get targeted... I also like that Warlocks can provide some off-tanks as well.

The following are some thoughts on Warlocks (from Peregrine)...

Actually that whole darn thread is great on 10man team composition with lots of great input from many folk including Peregrine, Apathiest, Mercbeast, etc...

My biggest priority is 10man PVE for the team though I do worry that I will regret not having at least 2 Priests if I go with Paladin+Priest+8X...
