I just bought an Elgato Stream Deck XL which I planned to use as unlimited extra keys for my first WoW 5-account multiboxing through IS-boxer. The problem is that UAC prevents the keypresses from reaching the game.

I tried turning to autohotkey, UAC again seem to be the big problem.

I'm not really interested in the architecture behind UAC, is-boxer, the stream deck or anything else, I'm interested in a solution that either lets me send (recognized) keypresses directly from Elgatos software, or by starting a compiled ahk script without having to click "Yes" for the UAC warning.

Turning off UAC is not an option I want to explore, but this is so frustrating that it might come to that.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very thankful.

Previewing my post led me to realize I might sound a bit entitled, and I'm sorry. I'm not asking anyone to do my work for me, I'm just running out of patience and the joy I felt when I opened the box two nights ago has turned into frustration.

I am. The problem seems to be is-boxer in combination with stream deck, since it works fine if I run a normal (non-elevated) wow client.

Inner Space requires elevated privileges to run, and so it launches games with the same level of privileges, which means that everything else that you also want to interact with those games needs to be run with elevated privileges. There's no difference whether it's Logitech/Razer/Corsair input device software, or something as simple as Discord for its push-to-talk key, so it's going to come down to you figuring out which process needs to have those elevated privileges (sometimes there are several).
Do not send me a PM if what you want to talk about isn't absolutely private.
