    Default Boosting Dungeon Progression

    Hey Folks,

For those that are boosting alts (or whole teams like myself) with a level 60, what has been your dungeon progression and at what levels?

1-14 - General question and grinding Westfall hyperspawns.
    14-21 - SFK

Would love to hear feedback and recommendations based on your experiences.

    Thanks!

you can zone into Ragefire chasm at level 8, but that probably isn't feasible for Alliance. Deadmines is level 10, and Stockades is 15, so for ally, I'd go there before going all the way to SFK, unless you want any of the gear from that dungeon. After that there are so many good options, you could go to BRD at 40, or ST at 35, and go all the way to 60 there, but boosting will get very tough past 40, even for a 60. Probably better off playing a whole team normally at that point.

    so that would be:

1-10 normal grinding, maybe mob tagging with the alt then nuke with the 60?
    10-15 Deadmines
    15-21 Stockade
21-30/45 SM (can go until you are sick of the place)

Speaking from personal experience, you do not want to go to dungeons that are way above your characters level. Boosting with a 60 priest on the horde side, I did the following on my warrior mage mage lock team:

    1-8: quested in Tirisfal
8-15: RFC. I went way too early though. If I did it again I would not go until 11/12
16-20: WC. I did mainly the earlier parts and reset as long as I was not in danger of hitting the instance cap
20-23/24: SFK. I stayed a bit longer because I wanted to get the caster drops from Arugal
23/24-25: I quested in Hillsbrad but not sure if it is feasible any longer with so many 60s ganking these days
25-31: RFK. Start with the entrance mobs and the boars down below.
31-43: SM. I avoided GY because I do not think it is nearly as efficient as the others. Did library until 36/37, armory until 40, cath until 43/44

Mercbeast did a great post about boosting in the "BOOSTING AN ALT IN CLASSIC" thread. It is very thoroughly descripted.

For 23-28 BFD is awesome. With 28, you advance to SM and stay there till 42/43, then ZF till 50, 50-52 Temple, 52+ BRD

I also recommend doing three additional quests offered at the same quest hub and right near it on your way to Jintha Alor: Gammerita, the kill 15 turtles quest and Lards picnic.

Greart rewards for casters and melee (Hit Trinket, caster back, stats wand etc.) and nice 40k XP/hour.

PS: Also don't forget to do https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=2933/venom-bottles for the follow-up in ZulFarrak, while you're there.
