Stick to zones your level and accept only the kill quests. A couple kill quests should give you a good feel of the area and what spawn is best for grinding. As soon as you meet the minimum level for the next zone move on. Boring, i know, but it's the only real efficient option unless you find a couple of people to fill in dungeon grinding roles with you. On the resto just heal so you have no downtime and can spam kill mob after mob with the rogues. The only offensive spell i'd cast is faerie fire.
Shadowpanther.net is an amazing resource for rogue gear. Dont be afraid to stealth through some of the dungeons you slightly outlevel and evasion tank bosses for loot you want. Be sure to try and get your Thrash blade as soon as you can after 45.
