Currently my alt warrior is lvl 13 and I'm running RFC. My booster is a 64 orc hunter. I'm working out rest xp on the hunter as it's accumulated. Obviously I'm not an AOE class so I've been just pulling mobs and having my pet finish them off. It works pretty good, without looting (or minimal) and I can clear it and reset in 15 mins. I was quest boosting the alt from lvl 1 (ungrouped from the hunter and pet) and if I had my 63 following the alt and the pet on aggressive I could tap the mob and the pet would finish it off netting around 10xp. The only problem with this was aggro radius, that and talented outdoor speed boost for pets. Basically the pet could would aggro and get to the mob prior to me tapping via melee because it could out run me. I didn't want to respec the hunter (I might though if I decide to quest boost) because I wasn't sure I'd be doing it for long. However, training bows/guns/crossbows would enable me to pull from range and tap the mob prior to the pet aggroing and outrunning me to kill it b4 I could tap it. I purchased Joana's leveling guide when I started my hunter and it is excellent, I know the routes and with pack aspect the travel time is reduced. That and I know the routes having done it. I thought that with the added xp from quests and mobs from 20-60 that it would be faster for me to boost via quests in lieu of instances given my class. I also figured that if I was shy levels from quest boosting I'd instance boost to make up for minimum level requirements for any new quest hub areas to be able to get the most quests possible. I'd be interested in hearing any1's thoughts on this or tips. Thanks.
