The Dungeons tab on my 'Classic WoW Planning' Spreadsheet has an amalgamation of multiple people's recommended dungeon progression (many from this forum with links to the original discussions plus info from outside this forum) for both Horde & Alliance:

I updated the first few rows of the 'Dungeons' Tab to include links for Alliance getting to the level range (~level 18) for the first dungeon (or at least ready for the mine area outside the VC/DM entrance) via first FedEx and then via the HyperSpawn(s) in WestFall which is what I did...
Note that the 'HA' column denotes if a given Content area is generally for Horde or Alliance and an upper-case 'A' or 'H' means that it is really hard for the other faction to utilize and an a lower-case 'a' or 'h' denotes that generally it is for that faction but other factions can use it with some effort (and 'e' denotes that it is for either faction)...
Note that "rStart" & "rStop" are the recommended level ranges to Start or Stop a given content area (respectively)...
Note that "aStart" & "aStop" are/were my actual ranges to Start or Stop a given area (respectively)... Feel free to copy this tab (or even the whole spreadsheet) and delete the aStart/aStop entries (&/or anything else) & use for your own purposes (or as you see fit)...
I purposefully left the entire spreadsheet unprotected so folk can copy it if desired (and modify their own copy for their own purposes) as most other sources I have come across were either copy protected and/or not in a spreadsheet type form which I find more useful for mapping &/or tracking progress...

This chart of min/max level of mobs/bosses in each dungeon might be useful for people too.
2019 (40 - Priest/Mage/Mage/Mage/Mage) (16 - 5x Druid)
2008 (60 - 2x Paladin 3x Mage) (64 - Moonkins) (70 - Shamans)
