Classic doesn't have focus targets, so we can't /cast [@focustarget] Sheep the way we can on retail.

And I haven't tried /cast [@party1target] damage_spell to see if that would be able to work as a flip-flop workaround.

I didn't get to test it but I did set a key for interactive target, I thought perhaps that might be it. I assigned and exported it but I got a little carried away before I noticed the time and had to call it a night before I did a test.
The way I do it is just target the mob and press my IWT key. Whoever can loot or skin it just does it if they're in range or runs over and does it if not.
