Thumbs up Brand new to multiboxing on WoW Classic and have a couple of quick questions.

    Hello!

I have been boxing characters since Vanilla (mostly dual boxing Warrior and Holy Priest). Back then I didn't use software or anything for dual boxing just some targeting, assist, and castsequence macros and ran the Warrior and Priest on 2 separate computers next to each other and a KVM to quickly switch mouse and keyboard back and forth.

Started a 7 day trial of ISBoxer a couple of days ago and I'm hooked.

I currently have 4 accounts for myself, my wife, and my two oldest kids. When they aren't playing I'd like to level up a team together.

I made a 4 Hunter group (currently level 14) to get started and learn how ISBoxer works but am seeing some definite issues with the long term viability of this group (dungeon farming being the biggest issue), on top of that I'd really like to level up a team that includes a Warrior (which I want to main), a Priest (that my wife wants to main), and 2 ranged DPS (for my kids to play when I'm not boxing).

I am trying to decide between one of the following:

    Warrior + Priest + Warlock + Warlock
    or
    Warrior + Priest + Mage + Warlock

I really like the idea of having the Mage in the mix for portals food and drink but I also thing Warlock + Warlock might be easier due to all the instacast dots.

From a boxing perspective does one comp have any distinct advantages or disadvantages over the other?
Anything I should be aware of about either comp?
Would either comp be more viable for dungeon farming at higher levels?
At 60 would one comp be easier to plug a random person into to fill out a 5 man group than another?

Any and all input from more experienced would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Any holy trinity comp should be able to do dungeons
EVE Online Get Ships. Train Skills.

5x Hunter farming SM Cathedral since 38 (now closing in on 42). Quite viable. Later on? Not sure. 4x Hunters? Just as viable but may need to start dungeons a level later and go a little slower.

Running 3x BM Hunters, able to clear GY Super easily @ 32, Library is a bit tough @ 34 (34 level mobs).
Getting about 25k XP per hour.

If you are already at 4 accounts, I'd just make the leap to 5 just so you don't have to deal with pugs and the issues that come with them. Unless you have a buddy or a good guild that understands what multiboxing is, everyone who joins you is either going to be impatient with dealing with boxing related issues, or will simply ask too many questions.

I definitely second this. 5 is a big difference -- that's 50% more dps (assuming you are only demo/bs spamming on warrior)
