Default Unable to set up formations.

    Hello all

Playing WoW Classic and having some issues with setting up formation. I can pull up the formation menu, but when I select line, only 1 character moves, the rest sit there.

I have it set up as shift E, and when I go to press it, it does nothing. My variable keys for movement are unchanged and indeed use wasd

Are there some other things I need to do to fix this?

    Thanks

You are pressing and holding down the key to move your characters, correct?

it just dawned on me, do you NOT use WSAD to move? Do you just mouse move?

Okay, well assuming we're talking about the standard ISBoxer formations that the Wizard creates (and they haven't been manually tweaked), they're just sending Variable Keystrokes—the same Variable Keystrokes that are assigned in the "Variable Keystrokes" section in the upper left. Assuming those entries are assigned to the same keys you use for movement, in game, then...

    • If you bring up the "Formations" Menu, then you click and hold the mouse button on one of the three formation buttons shown.
    • If you have assigned a Hotkey to one of the three available formation Mapped Keys, then you press and hold that Hotkey.

Understand that two of the three formations are multiple steps, and therefore require multiple press-and-holds of either the Menu button or Hotkey, to use them.

After understanding and following the above, do the formations still refuse to function properly for you?

I have no idea what you're referring to here here, or how this ties into using formations in ISBoxer.
