What class would be most OP PVE or PVP if I ran 3x or 2x 1x

For PvP, I'd go with probably mages, warlocks, or hunters. Warlocks have great control with deathcoil and succubus, plus, well balanced between burst damage and pressure damage. Mages have less single target control, but better group control, are better able to blow through a clump of people, but more easily killed if things go pear shaped or you don't setup properly. Hunters will be the ultimate play with a bigger group and just massacre people from range group. Sync'd up aimed shot + multishot will kill 2 people every volley.

With my 5 man hunter group, I've killed 5 "skull" level players with pets alone (5v1). I've killed +5 level duos on a couple of occasions as well when out in the wild. Done in my high teens/low 20s.

5 Night Elf Hunters shadowmelded with stealthed cats can be pretty fun.

5 pets coming out of nowhere with no idea where the Hunters are can ruin someones day... If they do survive the initial pet swarm by getting off a fear bomb or something you can turn them into 5 "Big Red Kitty"s and then open up yourself...
