Quickheal-like addons aren't possible with the modern API.

The most efficient way to manage healing is via any raid frame addon combined with clique and/or mouseover macros.

And i dont understand, how it works for multibox. Is it heal target with low hp?

Mouseover macros or a click healing addon like clique require clicking or at least mouse manipulation. You will need to use software that allows mouse broadcasting.

The only other alternative is to set up individual hotkeys to target and heal each of your characters. Assuming you have 5 characters with a priest healer and only utilizing the most basic healing setup, you're looking at probably two ranks of a single target heal, shield, renew and prayer of healing. That's at least 21 hotkeys you'll need to find and remember.

It's much more effective to use click healing. ISBoxer has this feature and many others that are amazing for boxing any game but particularly WoW. It's well worth the small subscription cost.

I still not understand how that mouseover clicking work. How clicking on the main window do click on the same place on the another? Each party character allways looking in different directions. Positioning not the same allways. Also, party bars window not the same.
And no, i dont need that expensive (for me) isboxer. Im not from USA, where money falls on you from the sky. I buy keyclone for this and happy with that. At last, i can create assist heal macro. Thats all i can.

The way the healing generally works is that you have an area where you click, then the program "listens" for clicks there and send a mouse click to the desired window or sends a hotkey to use some ability.
This is also generally combined with some healing addon (example I use Vuhdo, sort by name and copy the profile from other characters so it is same position).

I haven't used keyclone in almost 10 years, so I don't know exactly what it can do but I think it just had some very basic key broadcasting functionality.

One way I can think of to setup healing for it is to use either numpad or a gaming mouse with a lot of buttons and send abilities with macros like /cast [target=charactername] Flash Heal

This means and insane amount of hotkeys for some classes, it should work fine for shamans and maybe ok for paladins.

Another way would be to control from your only healer (since it wouldn't work with multiple) and use a healing addon like Vuhdo and just press the raid frames.

Another way is to use ISBoxer (this is the best option but costs money so...). With this you would basically do what I explain below but in a more user friendly way and there is multiple video guides on how to do it.
The biggest benefit of ISBoxer is that you don't need to use macros which means that you can heal anyone in a raid (and it also means you don't need to have 100 macros...).

Another way is to use HKN and use MouseIsOverWindowRect to setup a area that you listen to mouse clicks and then determine what it should do in that area and send a hotkey to healer to use a heal.
Another way is to use AHK and use MouseGetPos and do the exact same thing as I said in HKN.

Examples of what you can do if you use the example in HKN/AHK or buy ISBoxer and set up mouse healing with it:
If you press left click on one of your characters health bar it casts spell 1.
If you press right click on one of your characters health bar it casts spell 2.
If you press left click while holding down a key like shift on one of your characters health bar it casts spell 3.
Split up your health bars into multiple sections to use different abilities or different characters to heal/use supportive abilities.
Set up mouse controlled keys like if you want to use trinket or a potion on 1 character.

Both HKN and AHK is free and you can either switch over to them or run them in the background together with keyclone.

From what I remember it had the basic heals for my class (Paladin) already setup though I customized my setup. If running my team via Keyclone I likely would just run my team from the Healer and leverage IWT for the rest of the team.

I would recommend just downloading ISBoxer. If you don't know how to create a mouseover macro then trying to struggle through customizing AHK scripts is going to give you a headache.
