Trying to use repeater regions instead of VFX for the healing see how that goes.
debuffs & buffing done through filters in ElvUI, not at all sure how this works yet.
I watched the whole thing last night and have decided that I'd basically like to just copy your interface file, lol. I use repeater region for healing and it works fairly well. Sometimes I get a weird bug(?) where I click a heal while violently mashing my DPS buttons and maybe drag the mouse cursor(not sure) and I'm suddenly broadcasting. I tried the to setup a WA for their cast bars but they never showed up when casting so clearly my trigger or some such is wrong. ElvUI is fine with me though. I just increased the frame spacing and moved the party window closer to center.
