Completely obliterating AB with my 68 Shamans

It was almost not even funny, everyone was dieing in 1 or 2 shots.

Actually it was a lot of fun. Even got one alliance to log over and cry about my "pathetic bots". <3

Word of Advice.. get that rep for the PvP gear.. When you hit 70 and head to those your getting rocked.

I was so anxious to get to 70 I leveled as fast as possible and went straight into the BGs and arena. Was it worth it?

I think so and heres Why:

I paid my dues. Countless nights banging my head on the keyboard, mashing buttons, cursing. Promising the entire time, the moment I was geared these people would be paying with their lives (plz remind me its just a game :P). With only 6k HPs and 0 resilience you learn fast what your strengths and weaknesses are.

Youll learn to drop AE'ing mages fast...any clothie running at you is going to drop a fear bomb or AE spamfest. Purge+LB+CL=gg.

Youll learn to drop warriors even faster...no need to purge unless they have a Priests Shield up and its CL+LB+ES=gg. Putting them incombat before they can charge is ideal, but 2-3 swings and your dead in greens.

Youll learn to find a nice little home out of the path of destruction...(3 shaman casting uncontested is silly).

And most importantly youll learn the appreciation for how much you characters have improved with the new gear. Im at the stage now where is drop the totem buckle down and nuke until Im out of mana...some 25-30HKs later its a suicide run to speed up the regen :thumbup:

By Pwning face in the 60-69 bracket, youll have fun, but you could learn some really bad strats that just wont hold up against PvPers with 300+ resilence and 10K HPs. That bad part is that if you know all of this already and you ding 70...your just going to have to grind out getting owned for a couple weeks.
