Default How do i boost two new toons?

How does boosting work? I have a 5 man group of 30s and I need to reroll two of the dps. How do i powerlevel them or can I? Do I just run around letting them tag mobs then killing them with a lvl 30? Can I group the two new mobs with a 30 in a dungeon?

Boosting will lose its effectiveness to some extent in the late 40's I'd imagine, because you will run into a situation where, a level 60 can't just face roll clear instances, but is still imparting a big XP penalty. Then it will pickup again when the mobs are 51 in BRD or wherever you grind to 60.
The only other option I heard was getting regular XP by having a Healer outside the party heal the group.

For example if you were leveling Warlocks you could put 2 of them in a party and park them on a HyperSpawn and heal them while they AoE. Even better would be to put buffs that help them damage like thorns. Unfortnately things like Paladin Retribution Aura wouldn't help as the Paladin has to actually be your party to give the aura and you would suffer XP penalties.

I was at 22 when I changed one of my groups. I just did mob tagging for running through quest really fast. Did 2 starting areas instead of one. Then once level range got closer I just grouped up and massacred everything
