    You've really got me questioning my 5 shaman box as I am sitting here right now running RFK, killing things single target...how are you able to manage that? Is the warrior just that tanky? I'm not familiar with priest abilities, so I'm not sure what part he's playing in keeping your warrior alive. An explanation would be sincerely appreciated. Oh, and what's your /played if you don't mind saying? Cheers!

    Yea I was doing sheeps and single targets up until level 30 where I started messing around with aoe pulls in RFK and it's so much better. Spamming demo shout to get most of the agro while the aoe of the mages + warlock goes to town. Priest flash heals anyone who needs it. It's best to start practicing on a lot lower levels than you until you get comfortable with the pulls and mechanics so this spot is perfect at lvl 30. The most important thing IMO is a good shield that gives a lot of armor. I think I am going to upgrade mine to an epic soon since I plan on doing pulls like this to 60.

    That's awesome. Up until Classic launched, I was a professional AoE powerleveler in Everquest. I am not as familiar with the mechanics of WoW by a long shot, so I didn't even consider doing an AoE group. I'm impressed with what you're able to do. How's your XP / Hour if you're keeping track? If I keep my head down I can get 20k an hour.

    Looks great! I have the exact same setup as you - with the AE scenario are you happy with your choice of warlock rather than a third mage?

    EDIT: Never mind - I see you already answered that on another thread :-)

    One beauty of the 3mage or 2mage+warlock setups is that you can choose between single target focus fire DPS or AoEing.

    When you are new to a dungeon and unfamiliar with the layout and mechanics & the mobs are closer to your level you can limit AoE to your Tank and focus DPS on single mobs while the Tank locks down aggro on that mob via Threat.

    You can be much more aggressive when an instance is barely green (almost grey) to you and go pretty crazy with AoE.

    While melee-cleave groups are getting a lot of focus right now it is hard to argue with the beauty & flexibility of a ranged group.

    I've been running the exact same setup, and I've Aoe'd my way all the way from deadmines to SM (starting on cathedral today), without thinking of shielding my eye of kilrog >_<
    At least I've gotten quite good at determining the exact distance needed to aggro mobs.

    In any case, here's a protip in exchange: Use battle shout after the pull. Battle shout generates threat based on the number of people that are buffed, independent of distance. With one or two battle shouts after the eye is dead, the mobs will go straight to the warrior, making things go a bit smoother.

    I've had a lot of fun making this work, but it's a bit boring being limited to the amount of mobs the warrior can tank. Pushing the limits I've found that even on mobs of the same level, pulls of 10-15 mobs are manageable. Of course, it escalates as soon as you level. Towards the end of farming SM GY i cleared 90% of the instance in three pulls, and started getting instance lockouts due to being too fast (kilrog pulling while drinking can make this style extremely efficient). Now, with the open spaces coming up with ZF I'm considering running extremely large pulls using piercing shout and blast wave kiting. Have you tried doing something like that before? The warlock is not ideal in that setting, but I'm thinking I can kite around him while he hellfires amongst the caster mobs. Thought'd I'd ask if you have any comments before I invest the gold to respec :P

    Big fan of the battle shout! Especially when there are caster mobs mixed in. My happy little warrior does nothing but battle shout in my own groups. I decided to try it in a RFC group yesterday (they didn't seem to notice or care) and the only times I lost aggro was to the shaman who, for some reason, spammed earth shock the whole run.

    I think that speaks to the strength of earth shock as an intended taunt, though, and not to any weakness on battle shout's part.

    When you all do the pulls and shout(s) on your Warrior to solidify aggro, have you tried popping Retaliation on your Warrior and if yes does that seem to help?

    3 Things;

    1, That is amazing... I like it a lot...
    2, Does the warlock die most pulls, and if so is he not lagging far behind as he misses all the XP?
    3, I notice that you have two Polymorph icons floating on your UI regardless of the toon up front... are they common hot key Marcos or actual click with mouse situations, and if so... could you help me out with how you set it up because I’m struggling a bit managing the sheep in my dungeons
