The Westfall 11-13 Defias Looters and Trappers shows coordinates 48,47 in cell D9, but the screenshot shows coords 32,33 and I just checked, that's where they are.

Moonrage Glutton/Darksoul in Deep Elem Mine - Silverpine Forest.
Level 12-14 - Kill mobs inside and outside the cave.
