I'm setup to drive from both perspectives. In general I prefer the tank POV, but there are times where there is just too much shit going on as a healer to really effectively heal/play the healer well and in those cases I drive with the healer.

Basically, if the content is "easy" you get far more mileage out of the warrior. If its "hard" you might need to focus on doing well with the healer.

Couple pointers, I recommend you setup your basic attack button to be JUST an assist/IWT with a /startattack macro. So like, in my case, use this as "1", my DPS rotation is then shift+1. The reason imo is this is the most comfortable way to spam to switch targets, WITHOUT blowing all your rage when you want to save it for stuff like sweeping strikes.

I'd also get a weak aura setup, and create rage counters for all your warriors so you can see quickly and efficiently what everyones rage is at. Basically what I do is, charge in, pop sweeping strikes, stance swap to zerker, and whirlwind. Before I got WW though, you had to be more more conscious of your rotation because you could easily blow your rage and never get SS up.

Your healer needs an IWT also, that is the face/step back IWT, IMHO. This means that when you enter combat, they stop moving away from the group, which is a big help for mobs that kick healers. I use this all in conjunction with the EMA mod with strobing set on, but set to pause in combat. Also, get your priest a wand ASAP, and give them a wand attack macro that looks like this. /castsequence [exists] !shoot,!shoot
That macro will keep them shooting. Just be-careful, wands are crazy good single target DPS early and you can and will pull agro early on with it
