I rolled another set on Ashkandi last night for the same reason. Zero queue, zero lag, zero issues. Already out of the starter areas and doing quests in razor hill in the first hour.

I made the mistake of logging out to eat and got a queue.

seems its up to medium pop now, which comes with a queue... this is rough.
