Question About sync Box

When I watch youtube videos of WoW ISBoxer users I keep seeing this box in the lower tight that has some spread out empty boxes and a button that says Sync. I’ve watched a ll the tutorials but I can’t seem to figure out what this box is pr what it is for.

The only sync box I can think of is the one that syncs your mouse pointer to the same position in each window when broadcasting. Sometimes it will get to a point where there isnt a 1:1 correlation to your main window pointer and the slave windows. But I am not sure that is what you are talking about, can you post a screen shot of the item in question?
