Grouping a 5 man team with different races

I'm rolling Tauren Druid, Orc Warlock/Hunter, Troll Priest/Mage (essentially levelling to 10 3 times).

Trolls and orcs start in the same place in Durotar. I'd just level the druid to around 10 on his own, level the other four together, also to about 10, and have everybody meet in Barrens.
