New here, Can't find solve for issue

I am new to all of this. I am a stay at home dad and figured this would be a nice way to take up some of my free time, which is a lot. A friend of mine directed me here to this site. I downloaded HotKeysNet, as i don't want to spend another $50 on isoboxer, Just yet. Even tho from what I can tell, it is easier to use.
I just spent $120 on accounts time, So im running out of options as I can not get anyone in a discord to "talk" which for me is easier.

My issue is this, I am not sure what settings in each client, i should change for say assist, targeting, assist focus, etc. It's a little confusing.. I have the client following the other, but can't get it to attack what im attacking with havint the same spell in same spot "1".

...I know there is a lot of info on the site and its a little overwhelming for me (I have focus,anxiety, and schizophrenia issueu's so its been daunting reading thru everything, sorry if this is a simple fix)
