I spend two to four hours a day (monday - friday) playing and about 6 - 12 hours a day on saturdays an sundays. So you can do the math there.
I started my five team many moons ago (would have to check the forums here to know exactly when).
Spent all of my time leveling via quests. The only time I "boosted" was when I switched two locks out for the mage and a warrior at level 36. I had a mage around that level but my warrior was a baby lvl 15.

Grats Monkey! Heh, sounds like you and I are cut from the same cloth. Pretty much same hours and issues with being drunk and forgetting what you did with your toons.
