Hivemind Multibox Problem

Hi, im new into multiboxing and im doing it only with 2 character right now.
Im using isBoxer and it was all great, yesterday i decided to get the hivemind mount to gather more efficiently.
Im using the blacksmithing item that allow you to interact with herbs and mineral from mounts but the 2nd character cant gather the herbs, "You're on a mount" message appear everytime i try it, meanwhile i can gather minerals the same way!
There is some differences? I see a lot of hivemind multiboxer with 5 man gathering around the world so i think there is a solution to gather herbs but i cant find the problem, someone knows?

You can gather mines but not herbs from passengers of hivemind (they changed it a couple weeks back; for some unknown reason; you used to be able to herb from passenger too)

Thank you, there isn't a way to farm herbs in hivemind so? And people i see going 5 man gather only minerls?

Even if you get dismounted while you herb, hivemind if you have it for a given group of 5, is still the best way to get around without worrying about follow breaking, one out of 5 getting dazed, phasing etc

So before the patch/changes. the Hivemind use to let you herb on all of the characters besides the "main" without using anything special. I noticed after the patch it stopped working, and just assumed I would need to use the consumable from blacksmithing to fix. That's a bummer if that also does not work on the followers.
It made it for a very relaxing experience to just run around and herb without worrying about the extra team getting stuck/dazed.
With flying out, I haven't looked but I wonder if the prices have dropped significantly. They did in legion it felt like.
