How will DK's fit into your group?

How do you plan to work a DK(s) into your group? This is not the same question as the previous post on whether or not you can box a group of DK's, but how you plan to integrate them into your group, if at all.

My plan is to take what has become my main team - Pally (45) + Priest (43) + Druid (47) + Mage (70) + Shammy (66) and keep going to 80 (Hopefully they will be 70 by the time WotLK drops - which I think they will).

I plan to work on a second team - Lockx2+Shammyx2 and get them to 55 before WotLK drops - that way, I can insert DK tank and roll along leveling my DK in a team. Plus, this gives me several combinations of groups for whatever content I want to tackle. If my second team doesn't make it to 55 by WotLK, I can still power level them with the other group to 55 and roll from there.

I would be leveling 5 at the same time. Once they get to 80, depending on if I like them, they would take over Tank duties of my team... or as an off-tank. Depends on how much they rely on melee or range for their DPS.

Rezzing ghouls should be interesting along with multiple AOE DOT with possible fears... multiple diseases increasing damage based on how many diseases are on the mob...

I'm guessing that DK will be OP for a little bit... so I plan on maximizing on it.

Until I learn a whole hell of alot more about them and the new class talents and abilites I can't honestly say. I'm going to pretty much need to be able to be looking at the talent trees at all classes before I really start to make those kinds of decisions.

I'm interested to see if they can replace Paladins as the de facto tanks for multiboxing as it seems to me that they're going to be bringing *a lot* to arenas. Their "zomg 6 seconds heals turn to damage shields turn to damage KAPLOW" ability is just plain crazy. For that reason alone I think they'll edge out other non-pure damage dealers. I guess we'll see.

Edit: I'm saying I'd like to see if they replace them as a tank so I can go 1x DK 4x Shaman to get to 80, as it were

seems to me that DK will be somewhere around the druid level of multimob tanking. maybe slighly better. Pala I think will still be the AoE king tho ^^ I'll probably end up with a DK for boss fights tbh it seems most of their threat is damage based so hopefully they will be high threat too. meaning my shammies can finally be let loose
