I only three-boxed for a little while last night (EU-Razorfen), but in the hour I spent around Goldshire there were two other boxers. Earlier while leveling a druid I saw a 5 chars called Cyberpunk / Cyberfunk / Cyber* around Shadowglen.

I have found that the majority of people think it's cool and they ask a lot of questions.
Only 4 people in total had said anything negativ about it. Get a life, waste of money etc.. These people always find something to complain about, If it's not Multiboxing they say that your a bad tank, you ninjalooted this and you couldn't CC that mob.. Just ignore them and move along..

I've tried to be as helpful as possible. Ressing people, healing them and taking care of adds when they aggro mobs and to not steal all the mobs when there are other players around.

I suspect a lot of us do that. It's such a minor thing to us, and I doubt most solo players realize it. I had one guy send me some gold and greens after leveling in the same area as every time I'd see him fighting a mob, I'd just hit it with 5x drive-by DoTs. He was thankful for me helping him get the quest done in like 1/10th the time it usually took him, and he was playing a utility class at the time.
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

I rarely have issues now that /follow isn't allowed in the BGs anymore. I did have some before that but /ignore is what I usually did (unless it was a GM). The few times I did get questions from a GM I was both respectful & patient and just confirmed I was multi-boxing and had no issues.

I get a lot of questions once i tell them im not botting. on the stress tests, i just helped ppl (i think i must have 50 kills on hogger last weekend).

usually after that, i cross the same ppl again and they buff my chars/cheer me. might be different when we get to wpvp.

Some ppl just wont stop harrassing me, i just /ignore. seems that you dont get layered with ignored ppl as one guy just disappear on the first day of test and havent seen him again. his name was xeph

It will be interesting if the 40+ boxxers play classic. One could imagine 40 mages/priests running around pvp servers spamming arcane/nova

LOL that will be a sight to see. From the 'List of Classic WoW Multibox Teams' & related Analytics I see that at least 2 people plan to 10 box full caster groups (10 shaman & 10 mages if I recall correctly) and multiple people are planning groups of 5 shaman.

I 10 boxed Shaman in BC/WoTLK and they are crazy good between Chain Lightings/instants/etc & Chain Heals and self battle rezzes and mass rezzing out of combat they are very hard to fully wipe...

Wiping while killing 9 of 10 mages means you likely only have 1 mage left to face when you get back to where you wiped...

Wiping while killing 9 of 10 shaman means you likely still have 10 shaman to face when you get back to where you wiped...

EDIT: Just remembered that even if you wiped but didn't release and watched your DOTs wipe the 10th of 10 Shaman you will could still have 10 to face when you come back due only 1 of those shaman self-rezing and then rezing the rest... It takes only 20 seconds to get 4 of them up and only 30 seconds to get 8 of them back up... They are worse than cockroaches!

I deal with them by hitting "release corpse" before they can teabag my corpses!
