Its a bit late in the week, but this is what non-multiboxers call push week for mythic+. It is the easiest affixes we will have all season and they say you can do +3 higher than you normally do.

Tyrannical, Teeming, Volcanic

Some multiboxers such as myself actually prefer Skittish over Volcanic. Dealing with threat is easier than dealing with moving ranged around so much. But this should be a good push week for multiboxers even if its not the absolute best affixes for us. I'll be happy to get past the +6 to +8 range this week.
