Gearing after preraid bis?

I'm working on creating a guild for multiboxers (and normal players of course) with the intent of raiding while boxing if you're interested in joining. I personally hope to have an entire raid with nothing but boxers to really give us a fun challenge. A few details about the guild....
<Overload> US PvP server, eastern time zone (if possible). Horde faction. Guild will be that mid-point between casual and hardcore with an Eastern timezone based raid schedule probably between 6pm-11pm (exact start and end times TBD).

this is kind of what I am looking for.

I am west coast, but looking for something 9pm PST +
